I worked in house at BBC Good Food as a cookery writer for 3 years and have written over 300 recipes for the brand, including four cover stars which can be found online. Some of my favourite features include 'California Cool' - a series of recipes inspired by the food scene of the American west coast and 'Spend Less, Eat Better' - transforming underrated seasonal vegetables into showstopper dishes.
