I am a trained chef with over 9 years’ experience within the industry, from private cheffing to corporate catering to weddings. I am predominantly based in greater London, and available to hire for parties of up to 100 guests. Food Writer
I have ghost written 12 cookbooks, including 4 books for Mob including (Speedy 2020) (Earth 2020) (Comfort 2021) (Fresh upcoming 2022). I have contributed to Sainsburys magazine, olive and BBC Good Food. I have also written for brands such as Heinz. I am available to hire for all writing enquiries.

Neighbourhood
Neighbourhood Ldn is a collaborative cooking project between my husband Adam Bush (an experienced chef and food writer) and myself. We host a monthly supper club at Next Door Records in Shepherds Bush as well as being available to hire for private catering across Greater London. Our food is seasonal, bold and full of flavour.
Food Stylist
In addition to writing recipe content, I am also a food stylist, having styled for other recipe contributors and executed many of my own features for BBC Good Food from start to finish. I have styled five books for Heinz with photographers Liz and Max.
Video
I am a confident presenter having executed countless social media videos for BBC Good Food and having taught cookery demonstrations and workshops at all the major BBC Good Food shows. Flavour combinations and click-bait food ideas are my forte, as demonstrated in the short form hack videos below. I am available to hire for video and social media content.
